Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden Coming to Katy in 2027 at Texas Heritage Marketplace
Get ready, Katy — one of Austin’s most popular pizza spots is headed your way. Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden will open a new 4,900-square-foot location at Texas Heritage Marketplace, the highly anticipated 165-acre development at the intersection of I-10 and Texas Heritage Parkway. With a planned opening in 2027, this expansion brings award-winning coal-fired New York-style pizza, craft beers on tap, and family-friendly dining to one of Katy’s fastest-growing areas.
As one of the first wave of tenants selected to encircle the project’s central five-acre green space, Tony C’s will join upscale neighbors like Escalante’s, Kilwin’s, and Aji Izakaya. The development is being designed as a lifestyle destination with walkable outdoor space, shaded seating, native landscaping, a water feature, and a rescued heritage oak tree at its heart.
An Elevated Menu for All Tastes
Tony C’s isn’t your typical pizza joint. The restaurant’s menu is a celebration of Italian-American comfort food, built around its coal-fired oven and a passion for quality.
Pizza lovers can expect mouthwatering specialty options such as:
- Bianco Pizza with ricotta, roasted garlic, olive oil, and fresh mozzarella
- Cacio e Pepe Pizza with Parmesan, Pecorino, black pepper, and olive oil
- Margherita, a classic topped with tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella
- Eggplant Parmesan Pizza and Chicken Parmesan Pizza for a twist on comfort food staples
- Slice Specials available for lunch with salad and a drink combo

Appetizers include garlic knots, zucchini sticks, pepperoni rolls, and house meatballs. Sandwiches, homemade lasagna, and shareable “Sweet Sixteen” family meal packs round out the options for groups and gatherings.
Tony C’s also features a robust beer program with rotating drafts including local favorites like Electric Jellyfish, Love Street, and Pecan Porter, plus classics like Shiner Bock and Miller Lite. Wine lovers can choose from an Italian-focused list available by the glass, half-liter, or liter. Happy hour specials run Monday through Friday from 3 to 6 p.m., and Thursdays feature half-off pitchers of beer all day.
From Austin to Katy: A Brand Built on Family and Flavor
Founded by Creed Ford IV and Tony Ciola — the namesake and third-generation restaurateur — Tony C’s blends old-school Italian recipes with a modern beer garden vibe. Ciola’s roots trace back to the original Ciola’s Italian-American restaurant in Lakeway, and the brand’s namesake honors Tony Conigliaro, the late Red Sox legend and Boston icon.
Now, with locations thriving in Central Texas, the Katy restaurant marks the brand’s first venture into the Greater Houston area. The opening is part of Texas Heritage Marketplace’s vision to deliver an experience-driven shopping and dining destination tailored for the region’s rapidly expanding residential population.

A Pizza Experience Worth the Wait
With major anchors like Target and EoS Fitness and a growing list of high-profile tenants, Texas Heritage Marketplace is shaping up to be one of the most dynamic new developments in the region. Tony C’s, with its welcoming beer garden vibe and menu full of Italian-American favorites, is expected to be a standout destination — whether you’re grabbing lunch, enjoying family dinner, or catching up with friends over a pitcher and pizza.
And it’s not just Katy getting a slice of the action — Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden is also set to open in Tomball in 2026 at The Grand at 249, bringing its signature coal-fired flavors to Northwest Houston as well.
With nearby neighborhoods like Jordan Ranch, Young Ranch, and Cane Island continuing to grow, Tony C’s is poised to become a go-to spot for west Katy families and foodies looking for quality, community, and crave-worthy pizza — all coming in 2027.
