HOME IMPROVEMENTS

Please note that all exterior home improvements (including replacing fences) must be approved by the Board prior to beginning the work.  The Architectural Review Request form can be downloaded in TownSq.  Please complete the form and submit it to our manager.  Just creating a message is not sufficient to meet the requirement.  We need to have a completed form which provides detail information on the improvement(s) for Committee to review and store as official record.   You will be notified of the decision in less than 30 days, and most cases it takes a lot shorter time than that if compete information is provided in the initial request, such as color sample, detail location etc…

DEED RESTRICTIONS

Please refer to our  restrictions to avoid violations and fees.  Here are a few to avoid: RV’s, trailers, commercial vehicles parked for an excessive amount of time in public view, growing agricultural, like corn in public view, parking vehicles on your lawn, etc...  Deed restrictions will be enforced
