Bradford Colony 1 & 2 - Policies and Procedures
Home Improvements & Architectural Guidelines
To help preserve the beauty, harmony, and property values in the Bradford Colony 1 & 2 community, all exterior home improvement projects must be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) before work begins. This includes projects such as fence replacements, exterior paint, structural additions, and more.
