Our Story

In 1979, what began as a simple neighborhood newsletter created by the Krenek family grew into one of the region's longest-running community communication companies. The original mission was straightforward: help neighbors stay informed while supporting the local businesses that help communities thrive.

Over the decades, that mission never changed, even as the way people communicate did.

For many years, Krenek Printing produced printed neighborhood newsletters and community publications for homeowners associations throughout the Houston area. Those publications helped residents stay informed about neighborhood news, upcoming events, local services, and the people working to improve their communities.

In 2021, Krenek Printing evolved into My Neighborhood News, bringing decades of neighborhood communication experience into a modern digital platform designed for today's residents, HOA leaders, community organizations, and local businesses.
