WESTFIELD HOA 2023 POOL SCHEDULE
SWIM SEASON SCHEDULE: The facilities at each Location will be operated during swim season in accordance with the following schedule (AS USED HEREIN “SWIM SEASON” MEANS MAY 1ST TO SEPTEMBER 30TH, AND “OFF SEASON” MEANS OCTOBER 1ST TO APRIL 30TH ):

Memorial Day, 11 am – 9 pm
June 1st - August 13th
Tuesday-Sunday, 11 am – 9 pm
August 19, 20, 26, 27 and September 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24
Saturday and Sunday only, 11 am – 9 pm

POOL CLOSING DAYS
If closing day is a holiday, then the closed day shall be the following day:
Location 1: Monday
Location 2: Tuesday-Friday
May: Prior to May 26, 2023 (Misty Cove), May 27, 2023 Brandon Oaks)
September: After September 24, 2023 (Sept 4 for Brandon Oaks)
2023 WESTFIELD HOA POOL REGISTRATION & GAINING ACCESS TO WESTFIELD HOA AMENITIES
DO NOT REGISTER AGAIN IF YOU HAVE REGISTERED ANYTIME IN THE LAST 3 YEARS.
Anyone that did not register last year will need to register online using the instructions at www.Cellbadge.com/Westfield/? register Use “Initial Add Request” (on the left side) if you have never registered before.
If you have changes that need to be made to your registration from previous year such as email address, phone number, or family members use the “Enter or update household members” on the right side.
If you are a tenant/renter that registered last year, You will need to send a copy of your driver license or state id and a copy of your lease to westfieldhoakaty@gmail.com even if you submitted it last year. You do not need to register again.
If you are the owner of the property and your 2023 HOA dues have been paid, you do not need to register again or do anything, your registration will still be good .If you have a balance of $50.00 or more or you are on a payment plan, the balance needs to be paid to activate your registration.
PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER ANYONE NOT LIVING IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD.
EACH HOUSEHOLD MAY BRING 4 GUEST TO THE POOL AS LONG AS SOMEONE IN THE HOUSEHOLD ACCOMPANY’S THEM AT ALL TIMES.
The lifeguard will take your picture on your first visit to the pool. You do not need to upload your picture(s).

The following criteria must be met to use the pool:
- Must be current on all assessments with a balance of less than $50 prior to issuance/activation of a pool access.
- Must have a completed application for Cell Badge.
- Each Household is allowed 4 guests per visit. Guests must leave when card holder leaves.
- All residents are expected to abide by the pool rules and failure to do so will result in a suspension of access for the remainder of the pool season or an amount determined by the board.
