FOREST HEIGHTS POOL

HUDSON OAKS POOL

Westcreek Village Pool Rules
- No running or rough play.
- No glass container or alcoholic beverages allowed in pool area.
- No diving in shallow end of pool (less than 6 feet).
- Rules for diving board:
- Only one person allowed on diving board at one time.
- All divers must dive straight out – not off to the side of the diving board – then quickly exit the diving area.
- No back flips.
- Goggles are not to be worn when going off the diving board.
- Floatation devices (including life vests) are not to be worn when going off the diving board.
- No pets permitted in pool area.
- Proper swimming attire required.
- Cocoa Butter, baby oil, and other heavy suntan oils are not permitted in the pool.
- Diapers are not permitted in the pool. Use approved swim diapers.
- Members must sign in all guests and be responsible for their actions.
- All non-swimming children must be supervised by a parent or guardian always within arm’s reach.
- All children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.
- Lifeguard has the final authority on interpretation of rules and of appropriate behavior of members and guests.
- Only two (2) guests per residence permitted.
Pool Parties at Westcreek Village Pools
The Westcreek Village pools are managed by Malibu Aquatics. To schedule a pool party, residents must contact Malibu Aquatics and make arrangements with them directly. Their number is 832-464-5188.

- Only Westcreek Village owners in good standing are permitted to schedule a pool party.
- Parties are only permitted during hours that the pool is not open to Westcreek residents. The pool hours are posted above.
- Owners must contact the pool management company listed above to schedule the party and must be approved through Graham Management.
- Any and all fees for the party must be paid for by the owner scheduling the party, including costs for additional lifeguards.
- Owner must clean up and remove all trash and debris from their party.
