Southcreek Village Trash Collection
TRASH PICKUP - Tuesdays and Fridays
CURBSIDE RECYCLING - Tuesdays
- Trash needs to be out by 7 am the morning of pickup.
- Southcreek has backdoor/side door/garage door pickup. This means that the regular trash does not need to be placed at the curb, but it must be visible from the street.
- The recycle bin must be placed at the curb.
- Heavy trash and bulk items must be placed by the curb.
- No construction materials will be picked up.

If your trash pickup is missed due to GFL’s error, GFL will pick up your trash within 24 hours of your notice to them.

UPDATED LIST OF RECYCLEABLES:
The following items will be recycled. Please place these items in your recycling bin:
- Plastic – bottles, tubs, jugs, and jars
- Metal – all cans
- Cardboard – all cardboard
- Paper – paper and cartons
The following items CANNOT be placed in your recycling bin:
- Aerosol cans
- Electronics
- Shredded paper
- Aluminum foil
- Food- soiled items
- Styrofoam peanuts
- All batteries
- Household Glass
- Tires
- Ceramic items
- Hazardous Waste
- Toys
- Diapers
- Plastic bags/wrap
- Disposable cups (plastic and coffee)
- Scrap metal/wood
- Tangiers – cords, hoses, wires, etc.
