PET STATIONS
Friends & Neighbors: Our HOA installed nice, clean pet stations so you’d have a place to put your pet deposits when necessary. The stations are furnished with bags and are cleaned regularly.
The stations can also be used for trash. If you see trash laying around on the ground or in public flower beds, please help keep our subdivision beautiful by picking it up and putting it in the pet stations.
PLEASE, PLEASE be courteous and use the stations.
HOUSTON / HARRIS COUNTY LEASH LAWS
Texas has no statewide leash laws, but Houston & Harris County do have such a law. These laws require dog owners to leash, muzzle or otherwise restrain their dogs at all times when they are in public areas. In other words owners cannot let their dogs run loose.
We’ve had several complaints about dogs running loose here in the subdivision. PLEASE be courteous and keep your dog leashed when out of your home or back yard.
