Champions Park HOA Board Meetings
The Champions Park HOA Board meets on the first Thursday of each month at 7:00 PM at the Champions Park Clubhouse, located at 13635 Champions Park Dr, Houston, TX 77069.
All residents are warmly invited to attend. This is a great opportunity to stay informed, share feedback, and get involved in decisions that help shape and support our community. Whether you have a question, a suggestion, or just want to listen in, your presence is always welcome.

Meeting Guidelines
To create a respectful and productive environment where everyone feels heard, we kindly ask all attendees—including the Champions Park HOA Board and residents—to follow these simple guidelines during our meetings:
- Purpose: These meetings are held to discuss HOA matters among the Board of Directors, with resident input always welcomed in a constructive manner.
- Phones: Please silence or set your cell phones to vibrate so we can avoid disruptions.
- One Voice at a Time: Let’s keep conversations clear and respectful by speaking one at a time.
- Respectful Behavior: Threatening language or actions will not be tolerated and may result in the meeting being immediately adjourned.
- Time Management: If a topic runs over the allotted time, it may be tabled for follow-up after the meeting or added to the next meeting’s agenda.
- Privacy Reminder: Audio and video recordings are not permitted during Board meetings.

Annual Meeting
The Champions Park Homeowners Association (HOA) hosts its Annual Meeting every year on the second Thursday of January at 7:30 PM at the Champions Park Clubhouse.
This meeting covers essential topics such as board member elections, financial updates, deed restriction enforcement, and upcoming improvement projects. Homeowners are encouraged to attend to voice concerns, cast votes, and connect with HOA leadership and fellow neighbors. Official meeting notices are sent in advance.
