Tennis and Basketball Courts

Residents have convenient access to the community’s tennis and basketball courts through a secure fob system. To use the facilities, residents must purchase an electronic access fob for just $10. The fob can be obtained directly through the Spectrum app or in person at the Spectrum office in Katy.

In addition to purchasing the fob, residents are required to complete a waiver request within the Spectrum app. This step ensures all participants are aware of the community’s rules and guidelines, helping to keep the courts safe and enjoyable for everyone.

The fob system provides an easy and secure way to manage entry to the courts, offering peace of mind to residents while maintaining exclusive use of the amenities. With this system in place, Spectrum continues to enhance the community experience by encouraging active lifestyles and protecting shared resources.
