Lakes at NorthPointe Pool & Clubhouse Information

The Lakes at NorthPointe neighborhood swimming pool and clubhouse are located at 13502 Northpointe Ridge Lane in Cypress. The pool will be open from May 26 through September 4, 2023. During pool season, the following operating hours will be observed:

Please note that the pool will observe special hours on Memorial Day (1:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and Labor Day (1:00 PM - 8:00 PM), and will be closed on July 4.
 
Pool Access cards can be picked up free of charge at the pool during scheduled times with a completed application. Otherwise, pool tags can be purchased at Chaparral’s office at $5.00 per tag, with a $25.00 max, and payable in cash only.
 

Residents are required to have a pool wristband on their person to be able to access the pool area. Residents must be present within the fenced area of the pool with any children thirteen (13) years of age and under as well as when you bring guests. Residents will not have access to the pool when it is closed and there is no lifeguard on duty. Children under the age of 14 are not permitted access to the pool without an adult and will not be issued pool wristbands. All person’s age 14 and over will be required to have a pool wristband. 

Eligibility to acquire wristbands requires that you are an owner and/or resident of Lakes at Northpointe Community Association to obtain your pool wristbands. In order to qualify for pool registration, you must be a resident of Lakes at NorthPointe, and your account must either be paid in full, or your payment plan must be 60% paid. To avoid use of the facility by ineligible people, access to the pool will be denied without the proper pool wristbands. This is for the protection of the residents and owners of the Lakes at Northpointe and your assistance in bringing your pool wristbands will assure only eligible people are using the facilities. If you are a renter or you are not listed as the owner and are over the age of 21, you will need to show proof of residency.

Clubhouse Rental

Your neighborhood clubhouse is available for rent to Lakes at NorthPointe property owners and tenants. The clubhouse can accommodate a maximum of 50 people.

Maintenance fees must be current in order to rent the clubhouse. The cost to rent the clubhouse is $25.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum and a 5 hour maximum. A $200 refundable deposit is due at the time of booking and will be returned within thirty (30) days after the function, provided that damage to the clubhouse or grounds isn't sustained during your event. Once all forms are completed and rental fees are paid, your event will be officially scheduled. 

Management must be notified of cancellation in writing 7 days before the function. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of deposit.

Please note that alcohol is not allowed in the clubhouse or on Association property. No glitter, confetti, rice, birdseed, etc. Bounce houses are allowed, but bounce house suppliers must provide proof of insurance, be licensed and bonded.

Functions for children 13-21 years of age after 7:00 PM must include:
  1. One police officer for up to 50 people.
  2. Renter is responsible for making sure the officers remain “On Duty” until the conclusion of the party.
  3. Contact Harris County Precinct 4 at 281-376-3472 and provide in writing the officer’s name, rank, phone number, office phone number, badge number, and confirmation that he/she will be working the event.
