Message From Your Board Of Directors

To prepare for swim season, please check your account on TownSq; you must be current on HOA dues with no balance to gain access. If your property has a tenant/renter, they must email their current lease or utility bill to management at angela.rivera@associa.us and subject the email pool access. Cypress Mill Fitness Room Age Policy

No one under 18 years of age is allowed in the fitness room at any time. If you are found in the fitness room your access card will be deactivated and you will have to come in front of the Board of Directors to discuss reactivating the card. Please comply with the rules.
