Inwood Park Exterior Modification Requests
To help maintain the overall appearance and property values of the neighborhood, all exterior modifications to homes in Inwood Park must be approved in advance by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). This includes projects such as painting, fencing, roofing, landscaping changes, exterior lighting, structural additions, and other visible alterations.
Homeowners should review the current community rules before beginning any project. The posted 1993 guideline is historical; a 2023 amendment refers to a later guideline set that is not available here. Confirm the current full rules with Crest Management. These guidelines help preserve the aesthetic of the neighborhood while allowing for personal enhancements.
Architectural Guidelines
All requests must be submitted through the Crest Management Homeowner Portal, where residents can upload necessary plans, details, and photos. Once submitted, the request will be reviewed by the ACC and a decision will be communicated through the portal.
