Community Pool

Clubhouse

The rental fee is $150.00, and a refundable deposit of $175.00 is required. Alcohol is not permitted at the clubhouse, and the maximum number of guests allowed is 55. The rental time must include both setup and cleanup, and all persons must vacate the premises by 11:00 p.m. The pool house includes three 6-foot tables and 32 chairs available for use.

To request a reservation, download the rental agreement here and submit it with the $175.00 deposit. You are welcome download a copy of the rental agreement. Tennis Courts

Cypress Meadow has two tennis courts located near the community pool and clubhouse at 19230 Cypress Flower Drive. They are open daily and close at sundown. 

Parks

There are two parks in Cypress Meadow open daily until sundown. One is located at 19230 Cypress Flower Drive and the other at 19403 Cypress Harbor.
