Community Pool
The community pool is located at 19230 Cypress Flower Drive, Katy, TX 77449. Register for pool access through Clay Road HOA’s CellBadge page. For help with access, contact Crest Management at 281-945-4602.
The pool closes for the season after Labor Day weekend. Confirm the next season’s dates and hours with management before planning a visit.
Clubhouse and Pool House Rentals
The clubhouse is at 19230 Cypress Flower Drive. The rental fee is $200, with a separate $250 security deposit, refundable subject to the agreement’s inspection and damage provisions. Maximum occupancy is 55 people.
Rentals are available to residents and tenants; the renting resident or tenant must remain present. The completed agreement and payments must reach Crest before a reservation is confirmed. Setup and cleanup must fit within the reserved time, and the clubhouse must be vacated by 11 p.m. unless otherwise approved. Pool use is not included in a clubhouse rental.

A pool house renovation is planned to begin in late October 2026, with completion estimated for December. Read the renovation update and check rental availability with management during the work.
Tennis Courts
Two tennis courts at 19230 Cypress Flower Drive are open daily until sundown.
Parks and Playgrounds
The neighborhood has parks with playgrounds at 19230 Cypress Flower Drive and 19403 Cypress Harbor Drive. Both are open daily until sundown.
