Cypress Meadow Pool House Renovation Planned for Late October
Cypress Meadow’s pool house is scheduled for a renovation beginning in late October 2026, with completion estimated for December. The project will address doors that open directly into the pool area so the facility meets Health Department pool-access requirements.
Clay Road Homeowners Association has approved a $46,035 pool house remodel contract with Spears Renovations LLC. The neighborhood’s clubhouse and pool facilities are located at 19230 Cypress Flower Drive in Katy.
Door Changes Drive the Renovation
The work is intended to bring the pool house’s door configuration into compliance with the requirements for access to the pool. For homeowners, the planned construction window runs from late October through an estimated December finish; December is a projected completion date.
The remodel contract was approved outside a board meeting and listed for formal announcement at the September 15 meeting. Homeowners can review that action in the September 15 board agenda.
