Halloween Party	End Of School Memorial Day Summer Kickoff Extravaganza

Come dressed as your favorite hero or villain! We have a costume contest, pumpkin carving contest, Trunk r' Treat, three-legged monster race, and more spooky games. This requires community involvement. We need help organizing games and trunk r' treat participants. Candy donations also help.	Every year, Canyon Gate residents celebrate the start of summer together at our neighborhood pool with a fabulous pool party that takes place on the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend. We have music, pizza, water slide, and wet games!

Christmas Parade, Party & Holiday Market	Community Garage Sale

When you hear the sirens, you know it's starting. We usually have our Christmas event in mid December. Santa comes through the neighborhood and meets the kids at the rec center where we have goodies and games set up for them. This also requires community assistance bring baked goods to give away. We also have a holiday market for residents who like sell goods. Email propertymanger@canyongateatcincoranch.com for more information on getting a booth.	Our biannual community garage sale events provide residents with a great opportunity to purge unneeded items, make some extra cash, and even find unexpected treasures at low prices. These events happen on the first Saturday in April and October each year.
