Cypress Meadow HOA Meetings
2026 Annual Meeting: October 20 at 6 p.m.
The Clay Road Homeowners Association annual meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 6 p.m. at 19230 Cypress Flower Drive, Katy, TX 77449. Members will elect two directors. The meeting also includes a financial report, community overview, and homeowner open forum.
Download the annual meeting notice and proxy. A quorum of 10% is required in person or by proxy. Each member has one vote per lot; cumulative voting is not permitted.
To request placement on the election ballot, contact Blanca G at 281-945-4662 by noon on October 20. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor. The current notice and earlier candidate solicitation give different director term lengths; confirm the term with Blanca before submitting a nomination.
Returning a Proxy
If you cannot attend, complete, sign, and date the proxy. The notice asks that returned proxies arrive by noon on October 20. Return yours by email to blancag@crest-management.com, fax to 281-579-7062, or mail to Clay Road Homeowners Association, P.O. Box 219320, Houston, TX 77218-9320.
The proxy form also permits sending it with a neighbor attending the meeting, provided it is submitted before the meeting is called to order. No proxies are accepted after the meeting begins. You may select quorum-only representation, appoint Vice President Amy Dukes, or name another proxy holder. Attending in person automatically revokes your proxy.
