The Champions Park Deed Restrictions require that any homeowner considering improvements or changes of the exterior of their deeded property must obtain approval from the Architectural Control Committee for each planned improvement or change. This is in an effort to provide and protect each individual homeowner’s rights and values. If any change is made that has not been approved, the Architectural Control Committee has the right to ask the homeowner to return the property to its prior condition.
