Villages of Bear Creek HOA Board Meetings

The Clay Road Homeowners Association, Inc., which manages the Villages of Bear Creek community in Katy, holds its monthly HOA Board meetings on the third Tuesday of each month. These meetings take place at the Villages of Bear Creek Clubhouse, located at 19230 Cypress Flower, Katy, TX 77449, with the Executive Session starting at 6:00 PM followed by the Open Session at 7:00 PM.

Homeowners are encouraged to attend the open session to stay informed about neighborhood updates, community management decisions, and to engage with the Villages of Bear Creek HOA. This monthly meeting provides an important opportunity for residents to voice concerns, ask questions, and stay involved in their local HOA activities.
