Falcon Ranch Pool & Splash Pad Hours – 2025 Season

Here are the key dates and hours for enjoying our community pool and splash pad this season:

Pool Season Schedule

Opening Day: Saturday, May 17, 2025
Open Weekends Only Starting: August 13, 2025
Closing Day: September 29, 2025

Pool Hours

Tuesday – Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Sunday: 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Splash Pad Schedule

Opening Day: Friday, May 9, 2025
Closing Day: September 29, 2025

Splash Pad Hours

Tuesday – Sunday: 8:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Note: Both the pool and splash pad are closed every Monday for regular maintenance. Additionally, the pool will close temporarily for safety if thunder or lightning is present in the area.

Clubhouse

To rent the clubhouse, contact reservations@spectrumam.com. The fees are $300.00 for Rental and a $500.00 Deposit. (Alcohol will require a permit)

The clubhouse is open for homeowner use by reservation only, and reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. The capacity is 60 people.

Please note: The Association cannot be responsible or monitor compliance with these orders. In addition, each reservation will require theattached waiver to be signed acknowledging the inherent risks associated and assuming all responsibility. Thank you for your understanding.

Playgrounds

Falcon Ranch contains two playgrounds. One on Forest Canyon managed by the HOA and another located on Cactus Bloom. Both are public, available during daylight hours, dawn to dusk.

Tennis Courts

Our community contains two tennis courts with lights for playing at night. Access card required, maintained and available all year. Hours are 7:00 am - 10:00 pm.

Parks & Trails

Falcon Ranch connects via two pedestrian bridges to the WFDD Hike and Bike Trails and the Willowfork Park behind Cinco Ranch High School, which includes boardwalks, a pedestrian bridge, a pavilion with restroom facility, playground, disk golf, solar-powered lighting, rock outcroppings, bio swales, and educational signage.

All streets in our area have managed sidewalks, ideal for walking and biking. Note it is against Texas law to park and block the sidewalk. (See Section 545.302 here)

Additionally, located on the corner of Falcon Landing and Westheimer, the MUD 124 Fishing Park contains an abundance of trees, pathways, and a pond. It also provides a safer route for kids who walk and ride their bike to school.

Residents: Looking for a Falcon Ranch Pool or Tennis Court key? To obtain a pool & tennis court key, please contact Spectrum.

Non-Residents: Interested in accessing our private amenities? Join our Pool! Outside Memberships are available for $600 a year and include access to our pool area, splash pad and tennis courts. Please contact Spectrum for more information.
