Warmer weather is here and outdoor projects will be on people's minds. Please remember to submit the appropriate form to ACMP for any outdoor projects such as fence replacement, painting, outdoor structures just to name a few. Only after the approval has been received can the work begin. Please check the Deed restrictions policies and guidelines on the documents link.

• Elder Options of Texas - home modifications to make It easier and safer to manage activities Make your home more energy efficient
• Harris County Home Repair Program - Their mission is to provide financial assistance to low and moderate income elderly, and/or disabled homeowners for the purpose of providing decent, safe, and  sanitary housing conditions, as well as improving quality of life.
