We have 24-hour manned security. If you need to contact the on-duty guard you can reach them by calling 281-646-7906. If it is an emergency, call 911. The guard cannot leave their station. They are there to man the gate. If you have an intruder or see suspicious activity, please contact the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office at 281-341-4665. 

We also have our Gate Sentry app for you to add temporary visitors, permanent visitors, or deny visitors. You will be notified when visitors have arrived through the app. To get a login, please ask the property manager. visit your app store to download the app

For gate entrance on the resident’s side, you will need to send the property manager your name and address, along with the year, make, model, color, and license plate of the vehicle as well as your EZ Tag number. The gate is operated by your EZ Tag or TX Tag. If you do not have an EZ tag, you can purchase a tag at the office.

Recreation Complex

Residents have access to a fantastic recreation complex featuring a beautifully landscaped swimming pool, a children’s pool, lighted tennis and basketball courts, and a playground. There's also a five-acre park with a baseball field, football/soccer field, volleyball court, climbing rock, jogging/walking track, covered playground equipment, and four pavilions with picnic tables and grills. For fitness enthusiasts, the recreation building houses a fitness center with treadmills, elliptical machines, and weights. We even have a bike lane along Canyon Gate Boulevard to encourage a bit of exercise.

Plus, our beautiful clubhouse in the recreation building can be reserved for private parties. To rent the clubhouse for a party, please fill out and submit the Clubhouse Rental Contract.

If a homeowner plans to use the pool during a Clubhouse Rental, please note that the pool will remain open to other residents during regular pool hours. Additionally, additional lifeguards must be arranged and compensated separately through the lifeguard company.
