Guard Gate

Our community is all about security and privacy. The guard-gated entry is staffed 24/7, and additional measures like walls and fences are in place throughout the neighborhood to ensure your peace of mind. The gate closes completely after each car entry, so residents and visitors alike are advised to maintain a safe distance from entering vehicles to prevent damage. Please note that the Canyon Gate at Cinco Ranch Homeowners Association are not liable for vehicle damage caused by the access arm.

Recreation Complex

Residents have access to a fantastic recreation complex featuring a beautifully landscaped swimming pool, a children’s pool, lighted tennis and basketball courts, and a playground. There's also a five-acre park with a baseball field, football/soccer field, volleyball court, climbing rock, jogging/walking track, covered playground equipment, and four pavilions with picnic tables and grills. For fitness enthusiasts, the recreation building houses a fitness center with treadmills, elliptical machines, and weights. We even have a bike lane along Canyon Gate Blvd to encourage a bit of exercise.

Plus, our beautiful clubhouse in the recreation building can be reserved for private parties. To rent the clubhouse for a party, please fill out and submit the Clubhouse Rental Contract.

If a homeowner plans to use the pool during a Clubhouse Rental, please note that the pool will remain open to other residents during regular pool hours. Additionally, additional lifeguards must be arranged and compensated separately through the lifeguard company.

Please be mindful of the limit of four guests per resident at the pool.
