ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE (ACC) AND HOME IMPROVEMENTS
Any improvement or modification to your home’s appearance as seen from the street, MUST have a Home Improvement Request Form submitted to Associa Property Management Group (PMG) for the Architectural Review Committee to review and approve PRIOR to starting ANY work. This includes replacements of your roof, fencing, exterior painting, home additions, major landscape modifications, etc.
