NCCAI Board Meetings
The Nottingham Country Community Association, Inc. (NCCAI) Board of Directors typically meets the second Thursday of every month at the Mason Creek Community Center, located at 20201 Kingsland Blvd., Katy, Texas 77450, with the executive session beginning at 6:00 PM and the open session for all residents starting at 7:00 PM. Residents are encouraged to attend in person. Please note that meetings are limited to a maximum of two (2) hours.
If you have an item that you would like placed on the agenda for a future Board meeting, please contact the Property Manager within two weeks prior to the monthly meeting by email to our property manager, Telee Horacefield, at thoracefield@chaparralmanagement.com. Meeting Rules
To help ensure that all concerns and ideas are heard and respected, the NCCAI Board of Directors and all attendees of this meeting are expected to abide by the following rules:
- The purpose of this meeting is to discuss Association issues by the Board of Directors.
- Please do not interrupt the meeting at any time until the Board allows additional discussion.
- Cell Phones to be turned off or set to vibrate.
- Abide by one person / conversation at a time. The meeting will be suspended until control is regained.
- Threatening remarks and/or action will cause for immediate adjournment.
- Matters exceeding the allotted time will be tabled and addressed in post adjournment or the next Board Meeting.
- No video or audio recording of the meeting is permitted.
Annual Meeting
Our annual meeting is being held on the first Tuesday of December at the same location as our monthly meeting. The specific date/time for the annual meeting will be announced prior to the meeting.
