Inverness Estates Regular Board Meetings
The Inverness Estates Board of Directors holds regular meetings on the third Thursday of each month. These meetings are open to homeowners and provide an opportunity to stay informed about community updates, ask questions, and share feedback.
Agendas are posted in advance, and minutes are made available after each meeting. Your participation is encouraged as we work together to maintain and enhance the quality of life in Inverness Estates.
Meeting Rules
To help ensure that all concerns and ideas are heard and respected, the Board of Directors and all attendees of this meeting are expected to abide by the following rules:

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss Association issues by the Board of Directors.

Please do not interrupt the meeting at any time until the Board allows additional discussion.
- Cell Phones to be turned off or set to vibrate.
- Abide by one person / conversation at a time. The meeting will be suspended until control is regained.
- Threatening remarks and/or action will cause for immediate adjournment.
- Matters exceeding the allotted time will be tabled and addressed in post adjournment or the next Board Meeting.
- No video or audio recording of the meeting is permitted.
