Tennis Courts

The Mason Creek Utility District (MCUD) maintains our eight tennis courts, and they do an outstanding job. The courts are in great condition, and the complex has restroom facilities and bleachers. Residents can use the courts at no cost; court keys are available at the MCUD for a refundable deposit of $25. For more information, please visit mcud.com.

Community Pool

The MCUD also maintains our pool complex, which includes a large swimming pool, a diving pool and a wade pool for small children. The pool opens in May for weekends only, and then is open from Tuesday through Sunday when the kids are out of school for the summer. In September, it is open for weekends only, and then it closes until May. For more information, please visit mcud.com.

Community Center

The Mason Creek Community Center is next to the pool and tennis courts. It has three meeting rooms of various sizes available to area residents. For more information, please visit mcud.com.

Rennie Park

Although officially named “Nottingham Country Park,” most residents refer to it as Rennie Park since it is located at 821 Rennie Drive. It has playground equipment for kids of all sizes and a great walking trail for adults. There is a volleyball court and a soccer field, as well as two covered pavilions that are available for rent at no cost. Simply download the form here to reserve a space.

MCUD Hike and Bike Trail

MCUD and the parks department of Harris County Precinct 3 teamed up to develop a hike and bike trail along the banks of Mason Creek. It’s a great way to get exercise and take in nature at the same time. You can find more information here.
