Many residents may not be aware that annual HOA assessments do not include automatic access to the Harris County MUD 102 public pool. However, homeowners and families who would like to enjoy the pool during the summer season will have the opportunity to register for season passes separately.

Onsite Early Registration Dates

From 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. on the following dates:

April 11^th & 12^th
April 18^th & 19^th
April 25^th & 26^th
May 2^nd & 3^rd
May 16^th & 17^th
May 23^rd, 24^th and 25^th
May 30^th & 31^st

Pool Access Details:

The pool will be open Memorial Weekend, with the regular pool season beginning May 30^th.
There is a $5 per person, per day entry fee (exact change required for entry).
Early registration offers residents of Harris County MUD 102 seasonal cost savings.

Season Pass Fees

Adults (18 yrs and older): $30.00 each
Children (4 – 17 yrs): $20.00 each
Maximum Charge per Household: $150.00
Red Daily Pass Card: $50.00 each, includes 10-passes per card.
Household Eligibility Requirement: To qualify for the $150 household maximum, all individuals included must reside at the same address. Proof of residency is required at registration.

Payment Methods: Cash and Checks only (No Credit Cards accepted)
All fees must be paid upon registration.

Monday: Closed
Tuesday – Saturday: 10am – 8pm
Sunday: 1pm – 8pm

Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 102 (District) purchased the Colonies Neighborhood Center (CNC) in February 2023 to carry out a civic and benevolent undertaking, namely, the promotion of property improvement and the safety, health and welfare of the members of the District and open for public use and enjoyment. The District provides operation, management and ownership of the swimming pool, tennis courts and other recreational facilities on land adjacent to Yorktown Colony Subdivision in Harris County, Texas on the northwest corner of West Little York and Addicks-Satsuma Roads.

The district also owns and operates a lovely Administration Building which is available to rent. The Administration building, located at 15300 Falmouth Ave. (Google maps = 6760 Kentwick Dr.), Houston, TX 77084, hosts a Board room, kitchen, AV equipment, and restroom facilities.

Daily from 7am – 11pm
Keyed access to tennis courts. To register for a tennis court key please email CNC@HCMUD102.ORG to make an appointment.
