Harvest Bend Pool & Clubhouse Information

Pool season is one of the highlights of the year in Harvest Bend. It is where neighbors reconnect, families settle into summer routines, and kids look forward to long afternoons in the water. To help residents get ready for the 2026 season, here is a simple guide to pool ID registration, important requirements, and guest pass information.

2026 Pool ID Registration

All residents planning to use the Harvest Bend pool should make sure their pool ID cards are current before the season gets underway.

Early Registration Pricing

Early registration is the most affordable option for residents.

• Renewal sticker: $1
• New pool ID card: $9

Late Registration

Late registration begins May 26 and continues through the 2026 pool season.

• Renewal sticker: $2
• New pool ID card: $11

Residents who need a new pool ID during late registration must schedule an appointment with ACMP. Late registration appointments will take place at the ACMP office.

Pool ID Requirements

To help make the registration process go smoothly, residents should keep the following in mind:

• Each resident or person receiving a new ID card must be present to have their photograph taken.
• All pool ID cards being renewed must be presented to receive a renewal sticker.
• Payment for pool ID cards must be made by cash or check.
• Residents age 3 and older must have a pool card to enter the pool.
• Any person wishing to enter the pool must have a pool ID card.

Renter Information

Renters are welcome to register for pool access, but proof of residency in Harvest Bend is required.

Acceptable proof of residency may include:

• Driver’s license with the property address
• Utility bill with the property address
• Other similar documentation showing residency in Harvest Bend

Guest Passes

Guest passes or guest cards may be purchased through ACMP.

• Guest pass cost: $10 each
• Uses per pass: 10 uses

Guest passes offer residents a convenient way to bring friends or family to the pool while helping maintain organized access for the community.

Clubhouse Information

The Harvest Bend Community Clubhouse is also used as one of the registration locations for pool season.
