Fitness Room

Flex Room

The flex room at Lakes on Eldridge is a versatile space available for residents to use. If the clubhouse is rented out, the flex room is an excellent alternative for smaller gatherings. It’s perfect for events like baby showers or casual get-togethers, accommodating up to 15 people. Renting the flex room is just $50, which covers the cleaning fee. Tennis Courts
