Harvest Bend Section 1 participates in the Contract Deputy Program. It is a program that is open to subdivisions and groups of subdivisions. The program is a way for neighborhoods or subdivisions to have additional law enforcement support. Check out the program on the Constable Precinct 4 website here. They also have an app called C4 now! that has real time information about things going on in Precinct 4.

It is always good to be aware of things that are going on in the neighborhood and suspicious activity should be reported to the non-emergency dispatch number 281-376-3472 . Obviously in the case of an emergency call 911. Social media is not a useful form of communication for things that need to be addressed by the Constables. Common Area Landscaping: Plant Material Theft

Anytime you drive down Fallbrook you can see the result of the hard work that is done by the landscaping company. They plant flowers and shrubs, tend to the trees and mow the grass on a regular basis. It is disappointing to know that someone stole several new plants that had just been planted earlier this year. If anybody ever sees a repeat of this crime please contact the constable immediately. Some of the HBHOA's primary goals are to keep the neighborhood safe, family friendly and attractive to future buyers. Landscaping is a big part of that.
