The North clubhouse is now available to rent. Please review the rental contract and info sheet and reach out to Delaney at wln@westheimerlakespoa.com to discuss booking. Details

• $1,000 deposit by check or money oder

• $60 per hour, M-F, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM / $90 per hour outside of office hours and weekends / $120 per hour on holidays

• 2 hour minimum for any event

• Additional attendant fee required if outside of office hours: $40 per hour or $65 per hour on holidays payable by cash or payment app

• NO ALCOHOL

• Maximum Capacity: 60

How to Book

• Contact any of our offices to inquire about availability

• Secure your date by submitting your complete, signed contract, deposit, and rental fee (must be 2 separate checks)

• All events MUST be scheduled no less than 7 days in advance

• All payments must be made by check or money order, payable to Westeheimer Lakes POA

• Cancellations less than 72 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of half of your rental amount

Westheimer Lakes Pool Information

2025 POOL SCHEDULE

• Pool hours are Tuesday - Sunday from 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Persons under 14 years of age are not allowed in the pool area unless accompanied by a responsible adult of at least 18 years of age.

• Open weekends in May, open daily beginning 6/1..
• Canyon Gate pool hours are Tuesday - Sunday from 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM when 70°+ (Canyon Gate Residents Only)
• North will be CLOSED ON TUESDAYS for maintenance and cleaning.
• Splashpad Pool will be CLOSED ON MONDAYS for maintenance and cleaning.

• Weekends: 5/3, 5/4, 5/10, 5/11, 5/17, 5/18, 5/24, 5/25
• Open on Memorial Day (Monday, 5/26)
