Fulshear’s retail scene is set to grow again this fall as construction begins on the Shops at Fulshear, a new retail development located between Cinco Ranch II and Cross Creek Ranch at 27125 Fulshear Bend Drive in Fort Bend County.
With leasing managed by Hunington Properties, the project will feature a 12,000-square-foot shell retail building designed to house a variety of shopping and dining options for the community. The $2.1 million Fulshear shopping center will officially break ground around mid-November 2025, with completion expected by early November 2026.
With easy access to FM 1463, FM 1093, and the Westpark Tollway, the Shops at Fulshear offers a prime location for businesses seeking visibility and convenience. Nearby Katy ISD schools, along with thousands of homes in Cross Creek Ranch and Cinco Ranch Southwest, create a built-in customer base for incoming retailers.
