As stated in Section 2.1 of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, any changes to the exterior of your home must be approved by the Association prior to work commencing. You can submit an exterior modification request through the Crest Management portal. This includes but is not limited to the construction of a new fence, roof replacement, painting, installation of an outbuilding, driveway modifications, tree removal, etc. Please note that only cedar wood pickets are permitted for fencing and fence staining is not allowed.
