We are delighted to have you as a neighbor.  To help you get settled and learn about staying connected in Champions Park, we are providing some information you will likely find useful. If you have any questions, you can contact your Block Captain or any HOA Board Member

• Champions Park HOA is a self-managed association. Deed restrictions and by-laws can be found on our websitemyneighborhoodnews.com/championspark.
  
  
• Any permanent changes to your lot or home exterior require approval from the Architectural Control Committee. The approval form can be found on the HOA website under the Home Improvement tab.
  
  
• HOA Board member contact information can be found on the website under the Board of Directors tab.
  
  
• To stay up to date on neighborhood news or events you can subscribe to our neighborhood email notices by sending your name and email address to championsparknewsblast@gmail.com.
  
  
• You can join the Champions Park Resident Facebook group by searching for Champions Park Residents.
  
  
• Trash and recycling are serviced by GFL Environmental. You can set up your account by calling 281-368-8397. Trash is picked up every Wednesday and Saturday.  Recycling is picked up on Wednesday and bulk trash pickup is every Saturday.
  
  
• Champions Park is part of Cy-Champ Public Utility District with water managed by Eagle Water Management. 281-374-8989
  
  
• Champions Park is patrolled by Harris County Constable Precinct 4. The non-emergency number is 281-376-3472.
  
  
• To access the tennis courts, swimming pool, or clubhouse when rented, you will need an electronic gate key. To obtain one, email championsparkareamaintenance@gmail.com.
  
  
• Our community clubhouse is available to rent by contacting our Clubhouse Director at championsparkclubhouse@gmail.com
  
  
• All residents are encouraged to attend monthly HOA board meetings. The meetings are the first Thursday of each month at 7 PM and are held at the community clubhouse next to the tennis courts.
