Second Nothing Bundt Cakes Location in Katy Set to Open June 28
Just in time for summer celebrations, Nothing Bundt Cakes will officially open its second Katy location on Friday, June 28, 2025, at 19143 Katy Freeway, Houston, TX 77094. Located near Houston Methodist West Hospital and Texas Children’s Hospital – West Campus, the new bakery will offer Katy-area residents and visitors even greater access to the brand’s beloved Bundt cakes.
The new East Katy store joins the original Katy location at LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch and marks another milestone in the bakery’s expanding footprint across Greater Houston. With nearly 20 existing locations in the region and more on the way—including a planned store in Cy-Fair—Nothing Bundt Cakes continues to grow its community of fans through its signature recipes and nostalgic charm.
From Construction to Cakes
My Neighborhood News first broke the story in November 2024 about the upcoming East Katy location, which began construction around January 2025 and was originally slated for completion by mid-March, transforming a previously unoccupied site into a fresh, welcoming storefront.

The store will offer the full lineup of Nothing Bundt Cakes’ signature products, including their ten core Bundt cake flavors, seasonal offerings, and various sizes—from Bundtinis and Bundtlets to larger 8- and 10-inch cakes perfect for parties and milestones.
