Chip Cookies in Katy, a locally owned franchise of the popular gourmet cookie brand, has officially opened its newest location near Katy Mills. The bakery, located at 806 Katy Fort Bend Road in Suite 160B, is now serving up fresh, oversized cookies just in time for the holiday season.
Known for their high-quality, customizable cookies, Chip Cookies offers a rotating menu of mouthwatering flavors, including Chocolate Chip, Birthday Cake, Peanut Butter, and unique options like S’mores and Red Velvet. For those craving something extra special, the bakery also serves ice cream sandwiches, combining their warm cookies with rich, creamy ice cream.
Founded by Sean and Sarah Wilson in 2016, Chip Cookies started as a solution to Sarah's pregnancy craving for warm, gooey chocolate chip cookies in the middle of the night while pregnant with their first child. Unable to find a solution in their hometown of Provo, Utah, Sean developed a business plan to deliver freshly baked cookies directly to customers’ doors. What began as a simple craving has grown into a nationwide brand, with over 30 locations across 11 states, all focused on spreading happiness one decadent cookie at a time.
