Cy Ranch Boys’ Basketball Team Advances to Regional Quarterfinals
The Cypress Ranch High School boys’ basketball team advanced past the area round of the UIL Class 6A playoffs and move on to the regional quarterfinals, while Langham Creek, Cy-Fair and Cypress Creek high schools concluded their seasons.
Cypress Ranch beat Spring Westfield, 59-43. The Mustangs advance to face Conroe College Park at 7 p.m. on Feb. 27 at Aldine ISD’s M.O. Campbell Center (1865 Aldine Bender Road FM 525).
Tickets are $5 each for adults and students and will be sold online.
Langham Creek was defeated by Conroe College Park, 64-37 and finished the season as area finalists.
Cy-Fair was defeated by Katy Jordan, 55-40 and finished the season as area finalists.
Cypress Creek was defeated by Katy Seven Lakes, 58-57 and finished the season as area finalists.
