The countdown to the holidays is on, and so is the excitement for one of the most beloved events in Inverness Estates: the 10th Annual Inverness Holiday Market, happening Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the clubhouse.
This community-favorite market brings neighbors together in the spirit of the season with handmade goods, gifts, holiday treats, and cheerful fun. Whether you’re shopping for something special or just soaking in the atmosphere, the Holiday Market is a great way to support local makers and connect with fellow residents.
But before the lights go up and the cocoa starts flowing, vendors are needed to make the magic happen.
Vendor Opportunities Now Open
Organizers are actively seeking vendor applications—and now’s the time to sign up. Whether you sell handcrafted items, baked goods, boutique clothing, candles, home décor, or other seasonal favorites, the market offers an inviting setting for both experienced and first-time vendors.

- Non-Resident Vendor Fee: $40
