The Diary of Anne Frank

The Diary of Anne Frank is a stage adaptation of the 1947 book The Diary of a Young Girl by Anne Frank, which was published posthumously. Dramatized by Frances Goodrich and Albert Hackett, they both worked as actors before beginning their careers as scriptwriters. They began working together in 1927 and were married in 1931. Goodrich and Hackett worked for two years on The Diary of Anne Frank. During this time, they traveled to Amsterdam to talk with Anne's father, Otto Frank, and to study the hiding place and the surrounding neighborhood. The Diary of Anne Frank won a Pulitzer Prize in 1956, the Drama Critics Circle Award, and a Tony Award for best play of 1955–1956. In 1962, Goodrich and Hackett adapted their drama as a screenplay.

The Puffs

For seven years, a certain boy wizard went to a certain Wizard School and conquered evil. This, however, is not his story. This is the story of The Puffs... who just happened to be there too. A tale for anyone who has never been destined to save the world.

This clever and inventive play “never goes more than a minute without a laugh” (Nerdist) giving you a new look at a familiar adventure from the perspective of three potential heroes just trying to make it through a magic school that proves to be very dangerous for children. Alongside them are the Puffs, a group of well-meaning, loyal outsiders with a thing for badgers “who are so lovable and relatable, you’ll leave the theater wishing they were in the stories all along” (Hollywood Life). Their “hilariously heartfelt!” (Metro) and epic journey takes the classic story to new places and reimagines what a boy wizard hero can be.

A Midsummer Night's Dream is a comedy written by William Shakespeare. The play is set in Athens, revolving around the marriage of Theseus and Hippolyta through several subplots. One subplot involves a conflict between four Athenian lovers, while another follows a group of six amateur actors rehearsing the play they are to perform before the wedding. Both groups find themselves in a forest inhabited by fairies who manipulate the humans and are engaged in their own domestic intrigue.

When their host turns up dead, they all become suspects. Led by Wadsworth – the butler, Miss Scarlett, Professor Plum, Mrs. White, Mr. Green, Mrs. Peacock and Colonel Mustard race to find the killer as the body count stacks up.
