Lakes on Eldridge Prepares for Annual Meeting and Board Elections This November

September 24 2025

As autumn arrives in Lakes on Eldridge, so does an important opportunity for residents to get involved in shaping the future of the neighborhood. The 2025 Lakes on Eldridge Annual Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 18 at 6:00 p.m., and with it comes the chance for homeowners to step into leadership through a seat on the Homeowners Association (HOA) Board.

The community’s onsite manager, Angela Morin, has sent out a Board Solicitation Notice to all homeowners. Those interested in running for a position on the HOA Board must submit their completed notice to Angela by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 10. Submissions can be emailed directly to Angela.Morin@riseamg.com

Why Serve on the HOA Board?

While the Annual Meeting is essential for electing board members and reviewing community updates, it’s also a moment for residents to reflect on what it means to be part of an HOA-governed neighborhood.

Serving on the Board offers more than just a seat at the table—it’s a hands-on role in enhancing the neighborhood’s quality of life. Board members help manage community standards, oversee amenity upkeep, shape budgets and improvement projects, and ensure that resident voices are heard. It’s a meaningful way to give back while gaining insight into how HOA operations protect property values and maintain the community’s signature charm.

For Lakes on Eldridge homeowners, this is more than a civic duty—it’s a chance to bring fresh ideas, represent diverse perspectives, and foster a strong sense of connection among neighbors.

Many past board members have noted the unexpected rewards of service, including getting to know more residents, working collaboratively to solve problems, and gaining a deeper appreciation for the work involved in keeping the community running smoothly.

Whether you're passionate about improving neighborhood aesthetics, ensuring financial transparency, or simply want to play a more active role in your community, joining the board can be a fulfilling way to make a lasting impact.

Save the Date

  • Annual Meeting: Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.
