How to Report Storm Damage in Your Neighborhood
In the wake of the recent storm, many of us are coming face-to-face with the aftermath - downed trees blocking our roads, damaged sidewalks, and storm drains struggling under the debris. It's a reminder of nature's force, but also of our community's resilience. Fortunately, taking a step towards restoration is easier than one might think. If you've spotted any of these issues, or other infrastructure concerns, in your neighborhood, Harris County Precinct 3 has streamlined the process to get these problems addressed quickly and efficiently.
By simply visiting the Precinct's service request website, residents can submit a work order request directly to your local Precinct. This user-friendly platform not only allows you to report the problem, but also to track the progress of the repair work. Alternatively, residents are welcome to call 713-274-3100 or email pct3@pct3.com.
From downed trees in the road, to road repair, storm drain issues, and sidewalk repair, your input is invaluable in helping the county prioritize and tackle the storm's aftermath.
