- For those who prefer in-person help, assistance sessions will be offered at the Community Center during March. Dates to shared in a future communication.
- A new management representative will attend monthly HOA meetings.
- A mobile app will be available to:
- Check account status
- Make payments
- Submit ARC documents
- Access additional HOA information
- NOTE: Your official neighborhood website will still be hosted by My Neighborhood News.
- Some processes and forms may change; details will be communicated as they are finalized.
- During March, there may be a brief period where account information is unavailable while data is transferred. We will work to keep this disruption as short as possible.
- Do not send payments to Inframark before March 1, 2026.
