HOA Community Communications: Annual Dues Assessment
Editor's Note: This content was submitted to My Neighborhood News by the Nottingham Country Community Improvement Association (CIA).
Payment Due Date
Annual dues payment date is January 1 of each calendar year. If not paid by January 31, they are considered late and begin to accrue late payment fees.
If you have difficulty paying the $300 annual dues, consider paying with a credit card and paying that off over a few months. The credit card interest is cheaper than incurring late fees, collection notices and ultimately legal fees.
There is an option to pre-pay throughout the year. For example, if you pay $25 per month the dues are paid by year end. This might help with handling bills at year end.
How to Pay
Option 1 – Online Payment
- Pay securely through the Homeowner Portal at https://portal.chaparralmanagement.com/dashboard
