The City of Rosenberg has officially launched MGO Connect, a new digital customer portal powered by MyGovernmentOnline (MGO). The platform offers a streamlined, user-friendly experience for handling a range of city services, including permitting, inspections, contractor registration, and renewals. The launch is part of Rosenberg’s broader effort to modernize its service delivery and invest in technology that supports its Strategic Plan.
The new system was developed in response to feedback from local contractors and residents who expressed a need for a simpler, more efficient way to interact with city departments.
A New Era of Digital Services in Rosenberg
MGO Connect is now available online at mgoconnect.org/cp/portal and as a mobile app for both Apple and Android devices. Users can find the app by searching for “MGO Connect” in the App Store or Google Play, then selecting “City of Rosenberg” to access local services.
