Nottingham Fund HOA to Host 2025 Annual Meeting of Members
The Nottingham Fund Homeowners Association invites all members to its 2025 Annual Meeting of Members on Tuesday, January 21st, at 7:00 PM. The meeting will take place in the Nottingham Country Elementary cafeteria, located at 20500 Kingsland Blvd, Katy, TX 77450. Please note the location change from previous years; parking and entrance will be at the rear of the school.
This important gathering provides homeowners with an opportunity to stay informed about the community, participate in discussions, and voice their opinions. Sign-in begins at 6:45 PM, and the meeting will start promptly at 7:00 PM. All homeowners are strongly encouraged to attend to ensure their voices are heard and their votes count.

Can’t Attend? Submit Your Proxy
If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, it’s important to submit your proxy to ensure quorum is met and your interests are represented. Instructions for completing and returning the proxy are included in the mailed notice. All proxies must be received by 12:00 PM on January 21st.
