Cook Teams Needed for KCM's 5th Annual Cajun Fest
Katy Christian Ministries is looking for talented cook teams to join the fun at their 5th Annual Cajun Fest.
On April 1, the community is invited to MKT Distillery for a day filled with delicious Cajun cuisine, live music, and fun family activities. A lively cook-off competition will take center stage at the event, giving members of the community a chance to show off their Cajun cooking chops. KCM is currently seeking cook teams to cook gumbo or a favorite Cajun dish, so gather your friends, family or co-workers and enter your team to compete.
The entry fee for a cook-off team is $25. Vendors are also welcome to host a 10'x10' booth space for $25. Sponsorship opportunities ranging from $100 to $500 are also available. All proceeds go back to KCM to support their mission as a Social Service non-profit serving the Katy/West Houston community. KCM offers emergency financial assistance, a food pantry, a crisis center that houses the Domestic Abuse Center and the Sexual Assault Center, resale store, and donation center.
