Ignite Pilates Expands in Fulshear with Second Studio Planned at Jordan Ranch
As Fulshear continues to grow, so does the demand for places where residents can focus on health, connection, and balance in their daily lives. That demand is helping fuel the expansion of Ignite Pilates, a locally rooted fitness studio that is preparing to open its second Fulshear location inside the Jordan Ranch community.
According to official permit records, construction began March 2, 2026 on a new 1,700-square-foot Pilates studio at Plaza at Jordan Ranch, located at 2014 Texas Heritage Parkway, Fulshear, TX 77494. The estimated $150,000 build-out project will include electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing work necessary to prepare the space for occupancy, with completion targeted for June 30, 2026.
Once finished, the new studio will expand access to Pilates classes and wellness programming for residents throughout Jordan Ranch, Cross Creek Ranch, Cinco Ranch, and the greater Fulshear area, reflecting the community’s increasing interest in fitness experiences that support both physical and mental well-being.
Building on Momentum in Fulshear’s Growing Fitness Community
The upcoming Jordan Ranch studio will mark Ignite Pilates’ second location in Fulshear. The first studio opened on January 13, 2025, at 11605 S. Fry Road, Suite 103, situated between Cross Creek Ranch and the Cinco Ranch II and Westheimer Lakes North neighborhoods.
As population growth continues across western Fort Bend County, new wellness-focused businesses are becoming an important part of the community landscape. Fitness studios, health clinics, and recreational amenities are increasingly seen not just as services, but as gathering spaces where neighbors build relationships while investing in healthier lifestyles.
Ignite Pilates aims to be one of those spaces.

A Studio Designed for Beginners and Experienced Practitioners
According to the studio’s mission, Ignite Pilates is designed to serve individuals at every stage of their fitness journey — from beginners exploring Pilates for the first time to experienced practitioners seeking a more advanced workout.
Classes at the studio typically run 50 minutes and focus on slow, controlled movements designed to elevate heart rate while improving strength, endurance, and alignment. Sessions are built around the use of Xformer machines, which allow instructors to guide participants through a wide variety of exercises targeting multiple muscle groups while promoting proper form and stability.
Pricing for classes typically ranges between $25 and $35 per session.
The studio emphasizes Pilates not just as exercise, but as a holistic approach to wellness that supports both body and mind.
A Vision Rooted in Community and Balance
Founder Angela Donnelly, who brings more than two decades of experience teaching Pilates and yoga, says the inspiration behind Ignite Pilates extends far beyond traditional fitness instruction.
“My vision for Ignite Pilates is about so much more than just fitness—it’s about creating a welcoming, supportive space where people can discover the transformative power of Pilates,” Donnelly said.
Donnelly holds a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and balances her work in the wellness industry with life as a mother of four. That perspective, she says, helped shape the studio’s focus on helping people find practical ways to prioritize health in busy lives.
“As a busy mom to four active girls, I understand firsthand the challenge of juggling family life while prioritizing health and fitness—and I am here to help you find that balance,” Donnelly said.
The studio’s philosophy centers on creating an environment where participants feel encouraged to grow together while building physical strength and mental clarity.
“This workout isn’t just great for your body—it’s gentle on your joints, boosts mental clarity, and delivers real results, no matter your age,” Donnelly said.
For Donnelly, the community aspect of the studio is just as important as the workouts themselves.
“At Ignite, we’re not just building strength—we’re building community, which is the key to sustaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle,” Donnelly said.

Wellness Amenities Growing Alongside Fulshear
The addition of a second Ignite Pilates studio highlights a broader trend taking shape across Fulshear and Fort Bend County, where new residential developments like Jordan Ranch are increasingly accompanied by lifestyle and wellness amenities.
For residents, these businesses often provide more than convenience. They offer places to recharge, connect with neighbors, and invest in personal well-being close to home.
As the Jordan Ranch location progresses toward its summer opening, the studio is expected to add another option for residents seeking Pilates classes in Fulshear, fitness studios near Jordan Ranch, and wellness-focused community spaces in Fort Bend County.
More details about the studio’s opening timeline and class offerings are expected to be announced as construction moves closer to completion.
