R.A.D Class - June 2025

The Tomball Police Department is offering free R.A.D. (Rape Aggression Defense) self-defense classes designed specifically for women and girls. The comprehensive program focuses on realistic self-defense tactics, risk reduction, and assault prevention.

Open to participants ages 13 and up—girls 13-15 must attend with an adult female. The classes are suitable for women of all fitness levels and experience, requiring comfortable athletic clothing for training sessions.

The R.A.D. System is not a martial arts course but an empowering, educational program that equips women to make informed decisions about personal safety. Attendees are encouraged to commit to all sessions as the curriculum builds progressively.
