Chili Cookoff at VFW 2427

Spice lovers and foodies, mark your calendars for an exciting weekend at the 2025 CASI Chili Cookoff, taking place April 26–27, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, at VFW Post 2427. This fun-filled, flavor-packed cookoff is hosted in partnership with the Chili Appreciation Society International (CASI)—a nationally recognized organization dedicated to promoting chili cooking and community support.

The weekend event features both amateur and youth categories, making it a great family outing and a chance to show off your culinary skills. Register here.

• Open Meat Division | $25 Entry | Turn-in at 2:00 PM
• Ron Charlton Jr. Youth Cookoff | $10 Entry | Ages 6–17 | Turn-in at 11:00 AM

April 27 – Sunday:

• Chili Grind Division | $25 Entry | Turn-in at 1:00 PM
