Pumpkin Spice and Fall Flavors Return Early for 2025: Starbucks, Dunkin’ and PJ’s Coffee Announce Seasonal Menus
Fall may still be weeks away, but coffee lovers are already lining up for their favorite autumn drinks and treats. Major coffee chains — Starbucks, Dunkin’, and PJ’s Coffee — are officially kicking off Pumpkin Spice Latte season in August, with menus designed to deliver cozy flavors long before the first cold front reaches the Greater Houston area.
Below is a breakdown of each brand’s seasonal launch, complete with key dates, menu items, and limited-time offerings.
Starbucks Fall 2025 Menu: PSL Returns August 26
Starbucks fans can circle Tuesday, August 26, 2025 on their calendars — the date the Pumpkin Spice Latte returns nationwide. Made with real pumpkin and warming spices, the PSL remains the brand’s signature fall drink.
Alongside the PSL, Starbucks is also bringing back the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai, and Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte. New for 2025, customers can try the Pecan Oatmilk Cortado and Italian Sausage Egg Bites, adding a savory option to the seasonal spread.
For those eager to start celebrating now, Starbucks has already released grocery store-ready seasonal products. This includes the Starbucks® Iced Espresso Pumpkin Spice Latte (40 fl oz., SRP $6.99) and the Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino® Chilled Coffee Drink (13.7 fl oz., SRP $4.19), available at major retailers, convenience stores, and gas stations nationwide. These products are available for a limited time, while supplies last.
PJ’s Coffee: New Orleans Flair Meets Fall Flavors
New Orleans-based PJ’s Coffee is celebrating the season now through November 4, 2025 with a menu that blends Southern charm and classic autumn tastes.
The returning Pumpkin Latte combines espresso, velvety milk, and pumpkin pie sauce topped with cinnamon, available hot, iced, or frozen. Fans of dessert-inspired drinks will be delighted to see the Bananas Foster Cold Brew return — a mix of cold brew concentrate, creamy milk, pure cane syrup, banana, brown sugar, and vanilla sweet cold foam.
The newcomer this year is the Praline Chai Latte, featuring warm chai, praline syrup, and steamed milk, finished with a dusting of cinnamon.
“At PJ’s Coffee, seasonal flavors are more than a tradition – they’re a chance to connect guests to the spirit of fall through flavors that reflect both the season and our New Orleans heritage,” said PJ’s Coffee Executive Vice President of Marketing Reid Nolte. “Whether it’s the return of our Pumpkin Latte and Bananas Foster or the debut of the Praline Chai Latte, this fall lineup continues PJ’s tradition of blending classic favorites with new, distinctive options that deliver authentic flavor and warmth.”
All fall offerings will be available at PJ’s Coffee locations nationwide and through the PJ’s Coffee mobile app.
