Wellness on Wheels Holiday Health Fair

The Wellness on Wheels Holiday Health Fair at the George H.W. Bush Community Center in Spring is bringing free care, resources, and festive fun to families from the Champions and Willowbrook area.

Throughout the day, neighbors can drop in for health screenings, vaccines, dental checks, food assistance, and kids’ activities while enjoying live music, face painting, and a welcoming, holiday‑themed atmosphere. It’s designed as an easy, no‑cost way for Spring and Champions families to catch up on wellness needs without leaving their own side of northwest Houston.
